Founded in 1998, Sterling provides sub-contracted labour to thousands of recruitment agencies across the UK.

Customer service and compliance

We have built a reputation for customer service and compliance for both contractors and agencies alike. We offer a number of services to meet the specific needs of contractors at any and all stages of their career.

All sector experience

Our services initially covered the construction industry and associated trades, however we have grown substantially over the years and now operate across all sectors, and are proud to say that we hold preferred supplier status with many major UK recruitment agencies.

Legislation

We have successfully navigated through the introduction of numerous changes in legislation for both our industry and the many industries we work with, ensuring that compliance and customer service are at the forefront of everything we do.

Commitment

To demonstrate our commitment, we are a member of PRISM, are approved by Professional Passport and are an APSCo Affiliate Member, providing the added reassurance that our services are carried out in the correct way.
