What is your role at Sterling Group?

What is your background in the industry?
I started off doing a level 3 apprenticeship as an administrator and mainly logging paperwork. I then started helping out a little bit with the joining team and now I am part of the team.
Could you please describe a typical day in the office?
My typical day is coming to the office and sorting out my emails before I do anything else. Once I am all up to date, I will start calling all new contractors to register them for their payments. Once this has been completed, I will call any contractors that I have registered that are still missing any documents that we require for payment.
Which aspect of your job do you most enjoy?
The best thing I like about my job is talking to the contractors and making a relationship with them so if they might have any issues with anything they know that they can come to me to help to resolve it.

Do you have any hobbies?
I really like reading and going the cinema.
What is your favourite film?
This is so hard! If I had to choose one of my favourites, it would be Silence of the Lambs.
What is your favourite food?
Chinese!!!
Where would you say is your favourite place?
I went on holiday to the Dominican Republic and it was amazing!
Do you have any hidden talents or party tricks?
No! But I do make a really good brew!
