Off-Payroll review launched by government, but changes still to go ahead in April 2020

Sterling - Off-Payroll review launched by government, but changes still to go ahead in April 2020

Yesterday the government announced that there will be a review into Off-Payroll tax, however the Treasury has confirmed that the April 2020 implementation into the private sector will not be postponed.

The review however will identify if further measures can be put into place to ensure a smooth implementation of the reforms. The review, which concludes mid-February, will engage with affected individuals and businesses on their experiences of the implementation of these reforms.

It will also highlight whether any additional support is required to ensure that those who are truly self-employed are not affected.

How Can Sterling Help
